Climaty AI - Measure
Marketing teams run campaigns across a dozen channels but have no reliable way to see the environmental impact of any of them. Carbon visibility simply doesn't exist inside day-to-day campaign operations.

Measure helps marketing teams see the carbon footprint of every campaign they run, across digital, TV, print, and outdoor, before a campaign launches and after it ends.
Users
Two customer types on one platform:
Marketing teams – running large ad budgets across digital, TV, print, and outdoor
Sustainability teams – responsible for reporting on and reducing environmental impact
MY ROLE
I worked with a PM, engineering, and marketing team, took the sustainability goals the business was chasing, and turned them into an actual measurement product, from the calculation model through every screen.
Marketing's environmental impact is invisible, and the tools built for it don't separate two very different jobs.
problem statement
Before a campaign launches, a team needs to know if a plan is within carbon budget. After it ends, they need to know what actually happened and what to change next time. Cramming both into one dashboard means neither job gets done well.
proof
Carbon reporting today is manual, scattered across tools, and disconnected from day-to-day media buying. Nobody could confidently say what their campaigns actually cost the planet, before or after running them.
Through founder introductions, I talked directly with 15+ marketing and sustainability leaders. One thing was clear fast: nobody wanted a new dashboard, they wanted carbon data built into the tools they already used.
what they said
"One place is the dream." Data scattered across five tools helps nobody
"How was this calculated?" People needed to trust the number, not just see it
A report telling you the problem isn't useful if it doesn't say what to change
"Reports take weeks." By the time data arrived, the campaign was already over

A system split into Pre-Campaign and Post-Campaign, each doing one job well, plus a connected Programmatic workflow for media buying and a real Offset marketplace for compensating what can't be reduced.
why
Planning and reviewing are different jobs. Splitting them keeps each view focused instead of mixing drafts with results.

why
Reviewing is a different job from planning. Keeping it in its own view means it doesn't get buried under draft plans, or dilute the planning screen with historical data.

why
Picking a media mix means comparing options, and "reduced carbon by 15%" means little without knowing what it cost in budget or reach.

why
Teams want to choose what they're funding. A real marketplace feels like a purchase, not a guilt tax.

95% calculation accuracy, checked against GHG standards
78% of teams kept using the platform past month 3
Reports that took weeks now take 5 minutes
40 hours saved per team, every month
$850K ARR
Numbers tracked with the founding team as part of regular product metrics.
Teams only use carbon data if checking it feels as easy as checking any other metric, like budget or clicks. That's why splitting the product into "before the campaign" and "after the campaign" mattered so much. People plan and review at different times, for different reasons, so the product needed two separate views instead of one that tried to do both.
